Free Shopify app that automates store tasks with triggers, conditions and actions
Shopify Flow is a free app that automates tasks and processes in a Shopify store and across apps. A workflow starts with a trigger, such as an order being created or a scheduled time, checks conditions, and runs actions such as adding tags, sending an internal email or Slack message, or adding a row to Google Sheets. It is available to stores on the Basic, Grow, Advanced and Plus plans, and some actions depend on the plan.
Shopify Flow is free to use.

Yes. Flow's Add row to spreadsheet action adds a single row of data to a Google Sheets spreadsheet. You first connect Flow to your Google Sheets account, and the Google user who connected it must have edit access to the spreadsheet. The action takes a spreadsheet URL, a tab name and row contents separated by commas. To add a row for each line item in an order, Shopify suggests looping through the line items with Flow's For each action.
Yes. The Send Slack message action sends a chat message to a Slack channel and can be used with any trigger. To begin, you connect Flow to your Slack account, then add the FlowBot to any Slack channel where you plan to post messages. The action needs a channel or member ID, such as #your-channel-name for a named channel, and the message text.
