OpenProject
Open-source project management with Gantt charts, agile boards and cost tracking, self-hosted or EU cloud
What is OpenProject?
OpenProject is open-source project management software (GNU GPL v3) for classic, agile and hybrid projects: work packages, Gantt charts, Scrum and Kanban boards, meetings, time tracking, cost reporting and budgets. The free Community edition is self-hosted on Linux or Docker. Paid Enterprise plans, on-premises or in OpenProject's EU-hosted cloud, add Enterprise add-ons such as portfolio management, custom action buttons, SSO, a team planner and an MCP server for AI assistants, plus support tiers. Pricing is per user per month on a yearly subscription with user minimums; monthly billing is offered only for Cloud Basic.
