Why is there a free tier and a paid one?
Asking is always free, post any automation request to the public board and upvote the ones you want built. Free requests get built if they climb the votes. Paying simply buys priority and depth: your request enters the paid queue, jumps ahead, and comes with a deeper guide or a video. You pay for speed and depth, never for the right to ask.
How does priority actually work?
Payment sets the service level; votes break ties. A $29 Priority request jumps ahead of $9 Queue Pass requests and is delivered within 7 days. A $149 video request gets dedicated production within 14 days. To protect quality, only one priority guide is in production at a time and delivered in order.
What exactly do I get in the "enriched" guide?
The standard published guide plus the parts that save you the most time: copy-paste prompts, the actual n8n workflow JSON (or Claude project file) you can import directly, annotated screenshots, and an edge-cases section covering what breaks and how to fix it.
How is the Done-For-You price decided?
Three fixed scopes, so there is never a vague "depends how hard it is" quote. Simple setups start at $450 (a single automation, a custom GPT or Claude Project, or a prompt pack with an SOP), multi-step workflows are $900, and multi-system builds with an AI agent are $1,800. The deliverable matches the tool: sometimes a workflow file, sometimes a configured assistant. Anything larger is quoted in writing before any work, with a 50% deposit to begin.
Can I get a refund?
Guides are digital and instantly useful, so paid queue placements are non-refundable, but if a guide is factually broken, I will fix it for free. Done-for-you builds have a defined "done" in the scope document before we start.
Do I get the actual files, or just access to your setup?
You get the deliverable to keep and run yourself: the workflow file, the prompts, the custom GPT or Claude Project, or the script, whichever the tool uses, plus a walkthrough. The product is the outcome delivered to you, never a login to something I host.
